FINANCIAL PRE-REGISTRATION

Student Registration Form (pdf) Pre-registration is over for 2008. Make sure to complete this form using Adobe Acrobat Reader and either (1) send as a pdf attachment to pfurr@ctanet.org (2) mail to P.O. Box 717 Keene, TX 76059 or drop off at the CTA office.
Student Statement of Intent Form (pdf) Include the Student Statement of Intent form for pre-registration.  It is a commitment to Christian education that must be completed by the student each year. 
Student Consent to Treatment Form (pdf) Include the Consent to Treatment form for pre-registration.

To be considered for financial assistance, this form must be completed and turned into CTA by June 15.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Financial Information 2009-2010 To see the  tuition rates for the 2009-2010 school year, click on the Financial Information 2008-2009 link. It includes constituent, non-constituent, and non-Seventh-day Adventist rates.  
Registration/Entrance Fee Registration/entrance fee is $350 for Freshman through Juniors. Seniors Registration/entrance fee is $420 which also includes graduation expenses.   An early payment discount of 3% will be given if a full semesters’ tuition is paid in advance or a 5% discount will be given if a full years’ tuition is paid in advance
